In case of no clue found after investigating the matter relating to theft of your bike the investigating officer shall prepare the final report. The cid report is also issued to the entire police station of the country. The concern investigating officer shall submit final report to his concern cjm court. I shall take time as investigation time

Final reports are submitted by the investigating officer after he arrives at a conclusion that no further aspect of the crime is left to be probed or there is no material in his possession to proceed further in the matter. Hence setting up time limit for investigation is not feasible . Hence wait for the reasonable period .

The police is to submit final report only after investigation is complete.so in my view ensure in the pi office whether any chargesheet/final report is submitted.if FR is given,in that case u hav to get accepted by the court and obtain certified copy of the same..

It depends upon the Police to investigate the case. Police will submit final form only after completion of the investigation. So you shall have to wait till then. You can keep touch with the Police to know the development.

It will take hardly a month, as you have to file a complaint case. The judicial magistrate will give an order to the insurance company after appearance of the inspector in-charge.so do that favour as soon as possible.
