In the present situation, the accused will get his/her bail easily either from respective District Court or High Court. Chances of getting bail is more from the hon'ble High Court. Your chances for bail will be even more if u have clean antecedent.

If the bail is rejected twice one from dist court and then from high court and if the high court has given direction to the lower court to conclude the trial within 6 month in that case if the lower court has not concluded the trial within the stipulated time frame you can again approach high court and ask to grant bail.contact for further discussion.

After completing the period of 6 months the regular bail petition may be filed in terms of the bail order rejected by High Court under liberty and he can also take alternative remedy to file regular bail petition before the Supreme Court against the rejected order passed by the High Court.
