Bail rejected in session court charged u/s 408

FIR made under 408. total amount 46,000 ; Amount recovered 20,000. Bail rejected by session court. Can't wait till charge sheet. Pls advise how to get bail asap.

Dear client if session court reject the bail petition then u have to apply in high court for the bail. Immediately file bail petition high court on the fresh grounds. For any legal help call me

Hi

It is surprising that sessions court has rejected your bail. Now of course only option is to apply to the High Court. In a 408 matter, if there are no other sections/allegations bail should not be a problem. Can advice only after seeing the FIR.

You have not mentioned on which date bail was rejected and on what ground.

Also no complete details case are mentioned.however u can approach hon'ble highcourt for bail.

Kindly revert with complete details of the case.
