Bail rejected in HC can I apply in session court to grant him bail

My uncle is high court rejected for bail he is in jail for more than 7 months Can I reapply in session court n will session court grant him bail

generally if the HC rejects the bail the session court do not entertain the bail application.change of circumstances is important while considering the bail application.you have to move an bail application before Session court for praying that trial will take lot of time for that reason the accused may please be released on bail

Yes u can reapply for bail in sessions court on the grounds of change of circumstance...
However first u need to answer some questions
Whether chargesheet is filed ..?
Under what law and under what section the offences have been committed...
