Bail rejected from HC, accused absconding since 6 months, what to do

28-Mar-2023 (In Criminal Law)
The accused and his wife were refused anticipatory bail both by sessions and high court. High court refused there AB in Oct 2016. IPC sections charged were 376, 354 (A)(D), 384, 385, 507, 323, 504, IT Act 66A. I am the victim and I want to know what is the normal time for the cops to catch the absconder as it's been 6 months since the accused are absconding. Also, can this case be closed by the cops without me being informed assuming that the cops duties might have been compromised owing to some sort of influence by the accused? Also, what should I do to expedite their arrest. Is AB rejected by the high court a serious thing coz it doesn't seem that ways.

hello ,
as accused ABA is rejected by High Court chances are there that they might have approached Supreme Court if not then you should file an application for issuance of Proclamation against the accused person or you can also apply for issuance of Red cross notice by which they cannot flee away from country even if they have flee you can get back them to justice. moreover without your say case cannot get closed.

It is a serious thing if the order is passed by the high court u have to move your case further by filing a application in the same court for the arrest of the accused. I would like to know more details about your case.
