No need to wait for 6 months. You are free to file bail application before High court any time and as many as time you fill so due to changing of circumstances.

Well if that's how it is...Then that's how it is. Since the Advocate of yours has already confirmed the grounds I don't believe there are reasons you should be thinking otherwise. Always trust your lawyer, especially in situations which aren't favouring you. Since he knows the best and has come to this realization after some legal metrology.

Hello.
Good evening.
U can file bail in high Court. There is no such rule or law.
Only thing is now that the chargesheet has been filled the grounds of bail will differ from the earlier ones.

As bail application has been rejected in sessions court, now you have to approach High Court for bail. There is no law or rule that you have to wait for 6 months to approach High Court. Clearly your lawyer is misguiding you.

As you said chargesheet has been filed , so I think you will get bail from magistrate court. You have also have an option to file bail application in high court. Because all the above offences are traible by magistrate court, so again file application in magistrate court. Because charges are high to get bail from magistrate court. There is no provision to wait for 6 month if earlier application is rejected.

Sorry to say there is not such law which say you have to wait for six months for bail or anything else go for bail specialist.
Secondly section in which your friend inside jail are not big section normal it's should not be that difficult to take bail under this section .
There is no rule you should apply in six months but that is a reason that session court does give bail what was the order that order is very important
Personal feel it's not difficult to get bail
Because bail is fundamental right of a individual
