Attempt to murder where individual has gone serious injuries advise

08-Jan-2023 (In Criminal Law)
MY FATHER HAS ATTEMPTED TO MURDER ONE OF OUR RELATIVES WITH A SHARP EDGED WEAPON WHERE THE INDIVIDUAL HAS GONE SERIOUS INJURIES THAT MIGHT RISK HIS LIFE. AN FIR HAS BEEN LODGED WITH ATTEMPT TO MURDER CASE AND THE CONVICT IS IN CUSTODY OF POLICE. NOW AS PER THE STATEMENT OF POLICE THE CONVICT WILL GET BAIL AFTER 20-25 DAYS THOUGH HE HAS CONFESSED THE CRIME IN THE PRESENCE OF POLICE AND THREATENS TO COMMIT THE CRIME ONCE AGAIN. PLEASE SUGGEST WHAT SHOULD BE OUR NEXT COURSE OF ACTION SO THAT THE CONVICT REMAINS IN JAIL FOR LONGER TIME.

You are requested to appear before the court with your lawyer and state why he has committed such and why should he be kept in jail and not on bail for which many lives would be at risk. Discussion in detail is required.

Please specify that who is the accused?? In this query it is not clear.
Firstly, the convict will take bail form the Ld. Court of convened jurisdiction. Then your part is to oppose the bail at the time of hearing. IF you oppose at the time of hearing then the bail may be rejected by submission of your Ld. Advocate. Help the police to the convict and hire an Advocate for further consultation of this matter. he will help you.
thank you.

I Think I will answered it on earlier occasion. However. my opinion is this. No one is greater beyond the Law. If the Police did not give Charge Sheet within 90 days. the Accused will be released from Court on Bail after 90 days. Therefore, your first duty is to contact with the I/O to submit Charge Sheet within 90 days. Secondly, help Prosecution to proof the Case against the Accused.
