Whether gmail conversation is considered as evidence.?If it can be accepted, how it has to be presented in the court to consider it as evidence like softcopy/hardcopy/printout etc.?

Gmail conversations are accepted as evidence under section 65 B of indian evidence act.
However these mails are to stored in the computer and a hard copy has to be taken and submitted in the court.
the conversations should also be stored in the computer and in gmail server for authentication and retrieval by court.

as per the 65B of the evidence act an email conversation taken in printout along with webpage to made out in compact disc and be marked through the owner of the receiver of the mail id for further inference you can go through new amendments of copy right act etc
