I broke up with my girlfriend 3 months back. It was a brutal break up, we never engaged in intercourse but some physical touching (no genitals involved) was there. I have emails and screenshots of whats app chats with her and her sister where i wanted to come back but they denied me. I had promised to marry her. Though we haven’t talked for 3 months. In future can she charge me for rape? Also what happened between us, can it be interpreted as rape. Can she charge me months later too?
