29-Apr-2023 (In Criminal Law)
False 420 fir lodged in civil matter. Police then give 41A notice. Accused filed for anticipatory bail in sessions court. On very first hearing accused's advocate was absent. Police was present. Court has given date for next hearing after 8 days. Can police arrest accused in this intervening time before next hearing?
