All stock sent by your CFA is expired and manufacture date removed and applied sticker of new date on goods what can I do

Although you have not mentioned the category of the stock whereby it can be specifically answered, it is hereby advised wait for some reasonable time and thereafter if it is not being available to you as new date on goods, then you can have two options either you go to the forum which is available to you according to the terms of the contract or file suit for recovery of money. Alternatively you can file writ in the High Court if your rights have been denied.

as you know that this kind of matter is some how deals with a criminal proceedings as you opt it a matter of criminal law,
Now the thing you can do to make him prosecute for the legal responsibility only by appointing an advocate.

This is not simply breach of contract. This is cheating, pure and simple. You proceed under IPC sec 420, 427 etc in criminal courts and additionally file for criminal breach of trust, criminal conspiracy,etc. Also file for breach of Contract.
