After charge sheet submission accused found innocent

24-Jul-2023 (In Criminal Law)
My father and uncle have been booked in a attempt to murder case along with 2 other accused. the actual scenario is only one person has committed crime. The main accused surrendered in court thereafter investigating officer arrested my father and uncle and submitted charge sheet against them, and one was absconding. After that my application to Superintendent of police, on order of S.P., Dy. S.P. Made a Further supervision and submitted a report that only one person has committed crime and 3 other are innocent. Will court value that further investigation? If not, then how can they acquited?

Yes court will take the value of the supervision report...you should do one thing go and meet the investigating officer and ask he to submit the latest supervision report in that court..and after that u can proceed according yo the stage of the case
