Dear client if yr friend show proof of relation to her husband then her husband can file case of adultery against yr friend and yr friend will punished for five years jail. If that eoman is not interested then she can also file police complaint against yr friend. Tell yr friend to remain clam

Dear Querist,

It is strongly not recommended and definately not acceptable civil behaviour besides being grossly wrong.
Please note that having physical relationship with a married woman by a man whose is not her husband amounts to adultry and is a punishable offense as per Section 497 of the Indian Penal Code, meaning the man commiting adultry may be prosecuted by the husband of such woman for having affiar with his wife. Besides this, threatning a woman to continue illicit relationship much less against her wishes may (depending on the circumstances) attract serious charges such as rape, blackmail, outraging the modesty of woman, offences related to cyber crime such as taking objectionble pictures of a woman etc.
Many Corporates have zero tolerance policies in case of serious ethical breaches such as the scenario reffered to in this query.
If what is stated by you is true then your Colleague has already commited an offence and is contemplating revenge which may attract several other serious offences leading to imprisonment, dismissal from employment and loss of reputation besides ruining the life of a married woman.

If the women is not showing any interest in your friend, it is good sign.may be now she realise she done wrong with her legally wedded husband, tell your friend not to broke her home by his silliness. He already make mistake by loving married women, it is advisable as per law to love and marry married women only when she divorced. The women already made big mistake by cheating her hubby, so advice the friend not to show any interest in her and forget her, and keep interest in his career and any true lover who is not married, and start a new life with her. He is not going to gain anything by showing a proof to his ex lovers hubby, may be he will also trap in new worries and questions. Às per law it is not correct to love any married women without her divorce....
