can a lady get money under 125 from her husband's father and mother after death of her husband..??
No. A lady can only claim maintenance under this section by husband or her child. The property of father in law is not responsible any manner whatsoever to daughter in law. However, he lady can take maintenance out of her husband's estate. Willing to discuss this at length.
