Acquitted from criminal case and seized passport destroyed what to do

Criminal Case acquitted in 2010 and appeal period to get passport back is over. Now in 2017 All Judicial record case document including passport destroyed except final Honorable Court order. what will be tendency of passport office or rules to issue Passport in the case?
You have to contact the passport office for the documents in your hands with the zerox copy of the destroyed passport. You have to follow the procedure instructed by the passport officer or any local agent can also help you in this case.
