I do not understand what you mean by "... after the Supreme Court rejected the IT Act...." The Hon'ble SC of India has not rejected the Act but only a section in it is quashed. When a complaint is made, one need to study all the offences committed by the accused in connection with an alleged act. In this case, it seems more offences have been committed than you think. If the accused is pressurising the victim to withdraw the case, the same has to be brought to the notice of the trial court and get the bail granted to him cancelled. If the accused has slapped false cases against the victim and his relatives, it needs to be tackled legally.

In this case firstly get bail for offences u/ s 420 or u can also approach the high court for quashing the fIR and complaint, further file an application in court where the accused has been granted bail that he is pressurising the girl to withdraw which will be violation of bail orders, hence don't withdraw the case and fight it out.
