I and my family were traped by advocate as the opposite party managed our advocate And he did not guided us to appear in the court after 8 to 10 dates of court due to non appearance of mine accused got bail and his father filed petition u/s482 to crash my fir How to put him back to jail Please its a request to help i belong to middle class family and no one seems to help due to financial issues

This seems to be a serious problem although getting bail does not mean that the person would not be punished for his wrong. Undoubtedly under section 482 the FIR might be quashed but then have faith in judiciary they will get u justice . mean while I advice you to apply for cancellation of bail in high court and also be party in the quashing petition and oppose his petition. Also within 90 days of filing of FIR police is bound to file charge sheet in sessions court as it is their duty.
