Sir you can file a criminal complaint U/s 182 of IPC against the complainant for the false complaint and wrongly instigating in you a false case or also you can file a case of defamation and ask for compensation and damages.

There are certain remedies available under the Indian Penal Code which may be exercised however one will have to give proof enough to show that the complaint was known to be false to the complainant and concocted to injure a person. The remedy would be under section 182 of the IPC and also depending on the facts and circumstances one could file case of defamation. Also damages could be claimed under civil law.

file Criminal appeal, against the order of discharge.

It is the only remedy. to go to appellate court and convince that the order of the lower court was not proper.

try to get a favourable order from the higher court, dont delay it otherwise, your appeal is going to be time barred
