Abusive words and harassment by Neighbor

I have 2 kids. boy 6 years and girl 1.8years . They are doing normal kids activites.Ground floor person is complaining noise.and now he is shouting in bad words. To me and my family. How can we take any action against such misbehaviour ?
Give police complaint for torture and harassment. The police would call that person and advise him not to do so. If required they would take an undertaking from him. Unless you give police complaint, your problem would not be solved.

Do have the audio/video recordings of the person. Then, you can file harassment complaint in near by police station. you can produce the recordings as evidence to prove on misbehaviour. Need to discuss more on his misbehaviour.
