A police DSP demanded money and threaten me to put in jail

Please help me . We recently sell a plot and dsp in our are knows that and demanded money from my father When he refused to give him money he put wrong case on him and call to meet my father and take him in custody and torcher him for 3 days and send him to jail .he put 420 case on my father .we know nothing about this .know he is after me and my mother we said we dont have any money then he demanded for gold from my mother but we refused .know he follows me everywhere in my college,in the market and today a man try to put a bag in my car maybe some sort of drugs to make wrong case on me ..please tell me what can i do .help me
