A person troubling me what should I do

A person has filed a complaint against us in the police station. We have already made aware his senior officers about the problem he is creating for us but not in writing days before he acttually made complaint, but we have all the details of the call made by us (when did we made call and to whom) ,now if we did not make a complaint against him can it affect us or are we secure? Should we make a complaint or not? Please advise
ou may invoke the extra ordinary power of the High Court under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and pray for quashing of the complaint filed against you. Ideally it must be done before the framing of charges. Therefore you must move immediately.
