WE ARE RUNNING CHARITABLE , NON PROFIT ORGANIZATION UNDER REGD. TRUST SOME SELFISH JOIN US & NOW WANT TO GRAB THE TRUST & THEIR PROPERTY .PLEASE SUGGEST THE ACTION TO BE TAKEN and how many can we deposit old currency in our trust

For any misdeed action may be taken under civil or criminal law as per the act and the impact. as far as converting and depositing of the old currency it may be deposited as per the RBI rules from time to time. as on date any amount can be deposited subject to the tax declared by the govt. (60%). subject to verification from your chartered accountant.
