If you are ready to give maintainance for her livlyhood or till disposal of divorce case court must grant your anticipatory bail so you are advised to file your anticipatory bail before session court of your district mentioning above mention suggestion

You should filed AB in Supreme Court and the Supreme Court granted bail in the light of Arnesh Kumar v/s State of Bihar. You don't mind Supreme Court granted bail in 498A IPC because court has a good idea about false implications by the complainant

If you really want a suggestion then..my answer would be a 'NO' . Your a.bail is not possible at all, still you can renewal your bail application again in the high court aftr 4-6 months. I need to check your case and the case diary too.
