498A case filed by brother's wife against me what can I do

Mere bhai ne 2 year before divorce case file kiya tha ab uski wife ne 376&498A ka case file kiya hai husband,two brothers k against jo bhai se seperate out of city rahte hai.is case main kya Advise hai?
If they have separate living then it must be substantiated by the documents and date of marriage. Further the Allegations in FIR or chargesheet as the case may be has to be seen.
