what is the legal procedure to sell products online?

Hi, I am launching a ecommerce marketplace website like flipkart, amazon etc., I have already registered a pvt ltd company along with VAT, Service Tax & GST registration. My question is can I also sell the products in our website along with other registered seller in the same companies name legally?
This depends on two points: One - what is provided in your company's documents; and 2) What sort of agreement will you have with these sellers? They might not want competition with you. Amazon sells Amazon Basics products so it has been done before - the Agreements are key to such transactions.

For that you have to consult the concerned company and have to tie up with them. Otherwise check the terms and conditions apply to sell other company products at your website with the concerned company and as per that you can proceed.
