What are the chances of coming out of company by breaking bond

06-Apr-2023 (In Corporate Law)
My company asked me to sign a bond for 2 years 10 months at the time of joining. Once signed, we were not given the bond papers and our certificates are taken by them. After 1 year, now, I want to resign and they are asking me to pay 1 lac for breaking the bond. What are my chances of coming out of the company without paying anything and getting my certificates?

as per the terms of the contract act will prevail until the contract ends and if you wanted to break the terms of the contract you are liable to pay the damages and then only you can get your certificates back
