If there is a contract (employment contract) in between you and the employer which states that you can be transfer at any point of time for the purpose of work and assignment at any other branch of the company then they are right at their place else not and you can send them a legal notice for the same and if that infuriates them then you can drag them to court as well.
However, my advice to you would be to ask them in writing for the pilurpsoe of your transfer, assignments for which you are getting transferred thereto and the tenure for which you are supposed to be there. If they do not make any proper response thereto your question then in step two send them a legal notice and then in step three flag the issue with the Ministry. If none works then come out of the company and sue them for the wrong done by them to you.

Until and unless you have been mentally or physical forces to do a job which is beyond your work profile then you have a case. Else if a emplyer has asked you to do a job at a different place which seems to unliked by you then you can either request them not to transfer you or leave the job

It depends on what is there in Employment letter if the letter says that the employer has the discretion to transfer the Job then the employer has the power to do so. It will basically depends on what is there in the employment contract.

As the contract made between you and your employer while assigning the job in writting would be recognizabke at this movement. If the company contract had defined that you could be moved somewhere else for the welfare. Then its legally right of the company. But if contact does not define any type of condition then you can send a notice for the relief in shifting the office to Kerla.
