Signed NDA without employment - do not have a copy how to obtain

I have Signed an NDA with a startup without accepting their offer letter. I do not have a copy of the signed paper and he is denying to give it. I have on phone recording that he will not share a copy and that it binds me from working in e-commerce. I want to send him a notice to share a copy and make sure it's null and void without the employment.'
It would depend on the content of such NDA, if the NDA states that you are not supposed to disclose confidential information information during the term of your employment, as you have not accepted the offer letter, you are not bound by it.
