please specify how many shares were purchased or what is the ratio of shares the buyer is holding now. If the purchaser is holding more than 51% of shares in his name then he will have to inform the Company's registrar Board along with documents required. Immediately a meeting of board of directors is to be called by the person or concern body or directors. A resolution has to be passed and minutes of meeting and copy of resolution passed will be sent to the Company's Registrar office.

If the name is not showing the name in the register from whom you have purchased the share, then that would mean that company is fraud and also you have to file a case under companies act, 2013 for fraud
