Other board members not allowing me to be a part of board meetings

Hi I am not been called to the board meeting of a company due to some differences with the other directors. How to deal with this
Dear sir
If you don't attend the even a single board meeting for 12 months, you shall be vacated from the post automatically. Hence You can file a civil actionand pray to invalidate the meeting.
