Dear Sir/Ma'am, What is the max. limit of payment of Full & Final amount by ex employers? If as per written contract, employer does not pay incentive / bonus then what an employee can do?

The question is not very clear but your payments would be determined by the agreement signed with the Company at the time of joining. If as per contract the employer does not pay the bonus/incentive you should serve them with a legal notice and approach the courts thereafter. You could either approach the Labour Court or the Labour Commissioner.

There is no standard in this but as per law the employer has to make payment related to various allowances. bonus, incentives as per the written agreement. Further the employer is also liable to clear all salaries and gratuity funds if any. Entire thing depends upon the contract or written agreement and your duration of work, etc. For non payment you can serve him a legal notice through me (advocate) and if still he does not pay then you can file a civil suit against the employer.
