Mental harassment at workplace, what recourse should I take
28-Feb-2023 (In Corporate Law)
Hi I have been in the current organisation for the last 2 years ...I have been a good perfomer . Now all of a sudden they are putting allegations on me and questioning my Integrity which is very humiliating. This has caused a lot of mental agony and stress for me . I have 3 questing around this problem 1. Can I complain about this to the ethics committee at my work place about this .there is one particular manager who is protecting her team. She has been terminated for a similar behavior from her last organisation . I had escalated a few integrity issue about her team members and I feel this is a reaction of it and nothing to do with the client 2. Can I resign on mental health impact and get my notice waived 3. Does this come under mental harassment and defamation This situation has caused a lot of embarrassment for me as all my colleagues look at me with a question mark. As if I have done something wrong I feel very depressed and suicidal at times . Please advise
Look first of all if you are women you can take recourse to police complaint under the provision of Protection of Womens in Workplace Act, rest of the issues relating to your work method or your working styles or its oitcome , the law has no play between you and the client, however you can take action by complaining the same to labor commissioner.
Thank you
Thank you
