Institute shuts their branch without information what to do

01-Aug-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I had joined the DSIM institute for digital marketing classes on 7-jan-017. They have given me the instalment option for fee payment. I have paid 45000 out of 60000 rs. But hardly took 8 to 10 class. And only 15 to 20% course was completed. But due to some personal and financial reason I was unable to pay the last instalment. That was on mar 5 2017. Regarding this instalment I got an email that if i'd not pay the instalment they will put late charge on me. 100 rs per day and after 10th march my course will be held until I pay the instalment. But when I visited to pay the fee I saw institute was not their and they have shut that branch. Now I am unable to visit there other branch due to lack of time and not able to continue the class. What should I do now?

Does the institute have a online presence? You can try and approach their registered office or principal office. This appears to be a deficiency of services. You can also consider taking action against them under penal provisions. Do you know any of the management team by name / address?
