How to deal with non cooperative employer

09-Jun-2023 (In Corporate Law)
I was hired by an IT firm (Intellipaat Software solutions), after which I resigned from my previous employer to join them. I joined Intellipaat on 20th Feb 2016, as an Inside sales manager. The training period lasted for 10 days. On joining new organization I tried my best of abilities to perform better than expected. My performance was monitored by the management deeply as compared to the fellow colleagues who joined with me, were not. Then all of a sudden, on march 10th, I was terminated from my role and asked to eave the office that very day with my belongings reason being my performance of last 5 days. and that too I was not given a Notice Period so that I can be aware of the fact that my performance was not upto the mark. I was also not availed with notice period amount that any employee is eligible too. The structure of organization is such, that still I have not received the relieving letter. I earlier had a job when I joined Intellipaat. Please suggest me what should I do?
