Employer Terminate me and not given any notice period

Respected Sir, On behalf of CSC E Governance Services Private Limited, i appoint as District Manager for Gwalior of the state Madhya Pradesh for a period of one year extendable for further 3 years subject to your satisfactory performance You appointment is through a Human Resource Recruitment Agency empanelled with NIESBUD,. But Company TErminate me on 4 March 2017, without given any Notice Period just Say" as reported by Your State Unit your performance is not satisfactorily we will terminate you. I was Contractual Employee of Govt Project of CSC, i do justice to the credence bestowed and deliver result oriented performance. My state team given false report and appointed a person of there own reference. Should i can do anything in that case or they have a right to terminate me.?

Sir, sorry to hear that your termination was done without providing opportunity of being hear. As far as i can understand with your quoted matter, there should be clause of serving prior notice or prior intimation regarding termination matter.

Further you can refer to your appointment letter terms and conditions for further clarity.

Apart from that, yes you can challenge the report content [if you are confident about its falseness] and matter they sent further which had created ground for your termination.
