Employer is not paying agreed variable pay what can i do

The Emoloyer is not paying agreed variable pay after I have resigned. what can i do?

Hi, the employer is liable to pay for agreed variable pay in full and final settlement. He can't deny. He's has to pay your variables as per your appointment letter. Check your appointment letter. If still employer refused to pay you can go to court and file a case for recovery.

You will have serve him a legal/ demand notice through advocate. In case if fails to make payment then you will file a recovery suit against the employer. Have you made any communication with the employer in this regards? please also share your employment letter and terms and conditions of your employment.
