Does one get full and final settlement if left job in 1 year

Will I get my annual incentive in Full and final? I completed 1 year and as per my appointment letter I must get 40000 incentive but I resigned from job, so will I get that incentive in my FNF?

Yes, you can get but it depends upon the facts and merits of the case. The appointment conditions also matters. Therefore, you are advised to discuss the matter in details and accordingly the steps shall be taken.

As per the company appointment letter it is alrady mentioned that you would be eligible for the incentive after the completion of the 1 year. If you resign your from the job before your time duration then you would not be eligible for that.
Companies always mention this in their appointment letter . If it is mentioned in your appointmnet letter as well the you could not claim for the incentives.
As i also provide financial consultancy to the clients related to investment in MUTUAL FUND and LIC and make a well planned for the clients by investing only Rs 3000 for 15 years you would receive Rs 2000000

Any incentives would be based upon the terms and policies of the Company.
The annual incentives are generally provided while you remain and continue in the company.
However, you would be eligible for any Performance Linked Incentives which becomes due and payable to you during the term of your employment.
Kindly refer your Company policies to verify the eligibility criteria, any lock-in required, payment period and other conditions.
