Director of the company how can I resign

We are 3 director in the company and i want to exit from the company. They are not accepting my resignation without any reason. Please let me know what should i do. Can i join any other company for example banks for my next job
Under Company's Act, 2013
If a director wants to resign, he needs to give a copy of his resignation to the the Directors of the Company with reasons and a board resolution for the same will be undertaken.
As per first proviso to section 168(1), if a director wants to resign, it is mandatory to file copy of his resignation letter with reasons of resignation directly with ROC also with Form DIR.11.
Mention "No" under the question whether company confirmation is received or not.
It is not mandatory to receive confirmation from Company regarding resignation.
