Corporate MNC is harnessing me to pay amount as i left company after joining 7 days. they are asking me to pay 1.5 L as compensation towards that. Let me know what should i do now????????????????
No one can harass you for recovery of money without approaching the court. If you have received any notice from them you can send a legal notice bu hiring a lawyer. Please details on tbe agrrement that you have entered witb them.

Ans: nobody can hold you or your documents for a ransom you can issue a notice and file a complaint against the MNC and take steps to recover the documents form them and also get a relive order.
