Company sacked without any reason how to fight against them

Company Head office is in Mumbai, posting is in Goa, started job in 23rd jan 2017, but on 24th april 2017 MD decided to sack me without any notice, ( notice period is 3 months )worked april 2017 , but not get salary in april, moreover Feb to April 2017 ( TA, DA, Mobile , House Rent) is due for 4 months, after sending reminder mail to AVP, VP, ED for reimbursement of 4 months but nothing reply came to me ,then directly send MD & owner of the company mail regarding this on 22nd april 2017, and on 24th april 2017 he sacks me without any cause, returned home penniless and miserable conditions , don't know what to do as I have no money to fight against it, can anybody help me in this, I have all the proof of the same.

you can write a letter and state the afforested issues to the higher authority of your company and courtesy copy to the police station and labor commission in your locality if the said company fails to reimburse your salary and allowances then you can proceed against them. also you have been sacked before notice period which is illegal.
