Company is shutting down are employees entitled to any benefit

02-May-2023 (In Corporate Law)
i have been working at a company for the past 5 years, now the company is closing its operations and have told us that this shall be the last working month. The company has almost 150-200 employees. Can they legally close the company at such a short notice? are ther any legal rights available to the employees?

You can claim for compensation and for full and final settlement. The directors of the company are liable for the Company. And thus, you can send them a Notice. The non-reply makes them liable for a Criminal Complaint.
