We can file criminal proceedings against the people responsible for such organisation. Charges may include cheating, fraud, breach of trust, etc. Also we can file representations before concerned ministries so that the actions of such persons can be brought to their notice.

Sir, please share documentation and seek advisory. It seems you have a case, but whether it is worth contesting is what remains to be seen. Stringent provisions are prescribed in law for misrepresentation and fraud if that is indeed the case.

Please take note of the following -
- You can raise this issue before all the concerned government officials such as Ministry of Labour and Employment, Provident Fund Office, Concerned Department of Gratuity, Employees State Insurance etc.
- You can file a complain before the SEBI and before the Ministry of Commerce,
- You can move an application before the Competent court of Jurisdiction (and not before the Company Law Board as your organisation is not a registered one) and can charge them for case related to fraud and malpractices
- If the company is trying to evade their taxes (which they obviously does in these sort of cases) then you can inform the Commissioner of Income tax
Apart from these there are various other authorities where you can lodge the complain or to whom you can inform about this situation. But first and foremost you need to collect very strong evidences against the company and you are also required to play safe. This means you are suppose to ask for security or should arrange for that on your own so that nothing harm happens to you while you contest against them all these while.
