Company cautioned by sebi investors are threatening

My parents are agents of firms pan card clubs limited and sai prasad group of companies.Both have been cautioned by sebi. the companies are not giving the money and the investors are threatening my family, and telling us to give money. I am worried that my parents will commit suicide. There is tension in my family. We come from a lower middle class background . Please suggest me what i can do
