Company cancelled my dealership without any cause, what can i do

I have paint business and i have many company dealership like nerolac,Dulux & kamdhenu paints but suddenly kamdhenu paints cancel my dealership without any reason.I was shocked with company decesion why without any reason how can they cancel my dealership because there are lots of order pending to deliver kamdhenu goods.company even doesnot care about my business losses and my deales which have commited on the basis of company goods.I asked company officers to give reason or to give time but they were mute. So i want to know is there any legal way to get recover my losses from company??

if there is a agreement executed between you and the company and it has a stipulated time and the company has breached the agreement then you can serve a legal notice and file a suit for the suffered losses.
