I stay at bangalore at rented apartment. I will not get NOC from my owner. I have my father's house at west bengal. Can I rent some part of the house and make rental agreement and register the company? Mother will be the nominee/second director. And I want to operate and do business from Bangalore. Can I do so? What will be the taxation implication? Need to apply for TAN(very small jwelary business) to which place? Or I can declare my current address as branch. Please advise

Yes, you can register your company in WB making the WB address as the registered office of the company. However, to start the new office or having branch office in other places, the memorandum of association should specifically allow to carry such business from other places.
