Can productivity bonus generated by an employee be adjusted with statutory bonus of the company ?
No. Technically productivity bonus is something which is given to you when you excel in some of the production task way beyond what was given as your target or way before your timeline. While statutory bonus is a bonus which a company is bound to give to its employees when they are in profit. None of them can be clubbed together.
