Can I change my job if signed a bond, what action can company take

Hi , I am currently working in a MNC . But i dont like the job and planning to shift . I have signed a bond amount of 75000 . I got new offer from another MNC and i am a fresher. So i want to abscond from first. What legal actions company take against me and does it affect my future employment.
Yes, you can join a new company. Such bonds are not valid as it Amounts to agreement in restraint of profession. If you receive any notice after change of a job, you can contest the matter by hiring a lawyer.
