Can I apply for RTI to get Pvt ltd company verified

I wants to apply physical verification of a pvt ltd company. Which is physically not exist. But at MCA office it is registered. How can I apply for this via RTI etc.
You may complain to MCA office for the same and District Magistrate for the same. RTI cant be filed against PVT Companies so far. But you have a string evidence for the same. You may check the registration confirmation of the particular company at MCA website.
