Can co-director holding shares terminate other director with no shares

Hi, Being one of the 2 Directors in a Pvt Ltd Company, with zero shares. Can the other Director holding shares, terminate me in any circumstances? Thanks

well to say anything forwhich you seek a best advice..In my opinion you have to appoint an advocate to understand the level of gravity to take-up the position on the Pvt. Ltd. Company.
As a director one has to learn the position of the director before providing you appropriate fruits.

Directior termination is predefined it has nothing to do with 0% share or hundred percent share it is based on what type of director are you in the company. .

Members [ shareholders or guarantors ] have the power to remove a director, under provisions of the articles of association, or by ordinary resolution. Shareholders or guarantors of a company can remove a director through majority vote and ordinary resolution. Other Director can have you removed if he can gain majority vote. Alternatively, he can also remove you through ' terminate appointment of director' form which he can fill online. However if you feel after such action that you have just cause to protest and and receive compensation or if you have been removed with illegal ulterior motives, you can approach Courts along with facts and circumstances of the case.
