Can a non registered company with MCA get remuneration personally?

Hello, If a company's claims to be a legit business and its online profile showcases the same but is not registered with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs of India. The Company takes remuneration into a personal account. Can this be considered illegal?

What do you mean by remuneration? Further, if a company is carrying on legal business activity and is not using the word "Limited" or "Private Limited" in its name then it is not compulsory to register with MCA. But still need to verify the entire transaction and detail to comment further.
